Yesterday I went on an op-shopping adventure with my lovely friend Natalie and I am happy to say that it was a very successful trip! I am very happy with all of my vintage finds, however most of them needed adjusting or fixing in some way. So today I spent the day fixing up and altering some of my finds with the help of the wonderful Minxy Vintage book! Above are some pictures of my vintage finds before I got to work removing stains and fixing bits and pieces. It was a pretty productive day and now I have a whole pile of freshly customised vintage pieces to add to my wardrobe!

Vintage Finds: Pretty Handkerchiefs
A few weeks ago one of my closest friends found a bundle of beautiful vintage handkerchiefs and thought that I'd might like them! She was right... I did love them, and ever since I've been collecting lovely hankies like crazy! There is something so delicate and special about vintage hankies... Each one I have found has so much detail! Once I have collected a few more I hope to make a pretty quilt out of them. :)

Vintage Finds: Lovely Skirts
Recently I have found a few lovely vintage skirts and I wanted to share them with you as they really are quite beautiful!
This Lovely mustard skirt was found in a little shop in Melbourne called hunter gatherer. Such a sweet shop...
I'm loving pleats at the moment! They are so classic and flow so nicely... This pretty skirt was thrifted from the salvos.
The fabric that this skirt is handmade from is so gorgeous! I bought this lovely one from Nanna's, an amazing vintage clothing shop/cafe in Launceston!

Vintage Finds: Pretty Fabric
Today I found the most beautiful bundle of vintage fabrics while op-shopping! I'm so excited to use them! They would be perfect to make lovely coin purses out of, or even could be used for a pretty summer skirt. Ah... the possibilities are endless!
