Pretty Projects: Tote Bags

About a week ago I opened my brand new etsy shop. In it you will find a range of pretty new things that I have been working on, including a new range of hand-stitched tote bags! I am super pleased how these lovelies turned out, as they were a bit of an experiment! Here are a few of the designs that are available in the shop now and keep your eye out for new designs coming soon!

Ruche Fabrics

The other day I went to town with some friends and discovered something very exciting! A lovely new fabric shop on George street called Ruche Fabrics! This is a huge deal because for ages there has only ever been one fabric shop to go to in Launceston and for some reason (probably because it's a huge chaotic mess or because you have to stand around waiting forever to be served) the thought of going there makes me feel ill. Ruche Fabrics is a beautiful shop and it has such a relaxed feel to it. They sell the most gorgeous fabrics and bits and bobs, as well as the cutest Japanese pattern books! I'm so excited to try out some of their beautiful fabrics out soon!

A little something

Today I finally got around to opening my new etsy shop! I have been working on a few different things lately including hand stitched tote bags, detachable collars and pretty little bow brooches. All of the fabrics that I use are recycled from vintage pillow cases and sheets, vintage curtains and even vintage nighties! I hope you like it!

Lovely Layers
